Lownoise Photo Sites offers subscription plans with monthly billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@lownoise.studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You agree to use Lownoise Photo Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Cameron County, Texas.
